Excellent podcast! On the topic of future trends: while it is difficult to predict brand new trends, I think it’s pretty safe to say that, in the next decade, the current trend of digital convergence will continue and probably accelerate. Virtually everything will be available where you need it, when you want it, on a multitude of devices with minimal effort. As an enabler of this, Eliane’s comment about wifi availability was spot-on.
How we use this ubiquity towards greater social responsibility as well as business and entertainment enablement will be very interesting.
